Today me and my group dicussed about questions of resilience. And we also learnt that failure is a way to come to success. Without failure you can never become better so failure is success.
Individual strength, this is when you are good at something. Like some people are good at football or some people are good at math but some people ain't. It's all up to you what your individual strength is. My individual strength is Teakwondo and focuing.
If you are in a group with people with different strengths you can use it to your advantage. You can assign different memebers to different things. So they can go to there strengths and then the teamwork will inprove and you will have a strong team.
You can develop your strengths by practing and practing. You can take your weakest strength and turn it into your biggest strength. You can do it by focusing and working hard and never giving up.
Strengths can help us reach our goals by help us inprove what we are doing. If you want to be a doctor you would have to have good focus to be able to do your work. Self-Confidence and time management is a really good strength to have. Without time management it will be hard to keep your job or stay in a job. You would need time mangement otherwise you would miss your interviews and that will not look like you really want the job. But if you had a job you would never be on time for your job. Even being 10 minutes late is really bad. Self Confidence is a key strength, it is good to have so you can stand up to poeple and at interviews you would need to present something and without confidence it will be really hard.
